WordPress Hosting

I have hosted with Hostgator for a couple of years now and I find them really reliable and extremely good value for money.

One of their best features is the really helpful people they have on their live chat. If you have any issues whatsoever with your hosting including just not understanding something they will help you without question. I’ve never graded them less than 5 out of 5 on a help call.

Time Management

This ebook comes very highly recommended by me and was written by a good friend of mine, Martin Avis. I love the tips and strategies in this book.

Outsourcing

I have used two outsourcers from Elance, both from the Philippines.

I tend to search for people who I’d like to work with rather than to just post a job and have to trawl through hundreds of applicants – perhaps that’s something that I should outsource

Backing Up Your Files

I have tons of gigabytes backed up using Carbonite.

Very reliable, great peace of mind (speaking as someone who has recovered from at least two complete PC crashes in the past!).

Domains

I use GoDaddy for US domains (those ending in .com) and Fasthosts for UK domains (ending in .co.uk). The reason for using country specific providers is that they tend to be cheaper in the native country.
