If you’re looking for someone who is passionate about Social Media and networking – and how those things can help you to grow your business – and able to teach you how to do it properly, then you’ve come to the right place!

Connecting People

After many years in the ‘corporate world’ in HR, I started my own business in August 2005 publishing a local community magazine. I grew that business mainly through networking: meeting local business people, getting to know them, connecting them with each other and helping them to achieve their business goals (and not necessarily through advertising in my magazine!). In 2007 I received a ‘Networker of the Year’ award from my local Chamber of Commerce.

Helping Small Business Owners to Market Online

In 2008 having always loved using the internet I started to explore the arena of internet marketing, which has culminated in this business, helping small business owners, entrepreneurs and newbie internet marketers to market themselves online and get free traffic to their website using Social Media.

What I do

I have a membership website ‘Everything you need to manage your own online marketing’, which has tons of videos and step by step instructions showing you how to set up your own WordPress website, get your social media profiles set up and integrated with your website as well as to help you get your shopping cart and email marketing sorted!

I also work with small business owners on a one to one basis through my bespoke mentoring and VIP programmes. I am on a mission to simplify online marketing for small businesses and to help as many small business owners as I can to really make the most of the internet and social media.

A Bit More About Me…and Little Doddsy!

I live in Hythe, Kent in the UK near the English Channel (we can see France on a good day!) with my husband and young daughter, known as Little Doddsy. I love connecting with people on Social Media but I don’t let it take over my life. In fact I believe that “if you haven’t got a process, you haven’t got a presence”, which is something that I work on with my students – connecting their goals with a strategy and process to make sure that they aren’t wasting their time on Social Media.

I play netball once or twice a week – I’m either a demon shooter or a rubbish one depending on the day or sometimes even the quarter of the game or the minute . I play the bassoon (although I have to admit to that one being intermittent at the moment). And, sadly, I have to admit to loving going away with the family in our caravan – it’s great for Little Doddsy (and actually we love it too now caravans have toilets, showers and heating!).
